Public notice is hereby given that the City of Kirkland has issued the above-mentioned
Request for Proposals (RFP). This RFP is to solicit proposals for qualified consultants to
lease and operate the Kirkland Teen Union Building (KTUB) to offer comprehensive
youth programming for youth in 6th to 12th grade.
