Public Utility District No. 1 of Kitsap County (KPUD) is soliciting Statements of Qualifications from qualified individuals and firms for On-Call Telecommunication Network Design Engineering Services relating to the BEAD (Broadband Equity, Access, and Deployment) program for telecommunication/broadband projects. The consultant will provide design engineering services for BEAD funded telecommunication/broadband projects for KPUD on a short-term, quick turnaround basis that will allow KPUD to apply for funding with complete design packages meeting BEAD requirements and within BEAD determined timeframes.
