Kitsap Transit KT 25-963 - Unit Price for Mold Remediation

The Contractor shall provide professional mold remediation services on an as-needed basis to address airborne contaminates, surface mold, contaminated materials, and other concerns in accordance with test results received from an independent mold testing company. The Contractor is responsible for providing all labor, materials, equipment, disposal of contaminated materials, and other incidentals necessary to complete remediation services in compliance with industry standards and applicable regulations. The Contract will be for an initial period of performance of one (1) year with a Kitsap Transit option to extend for an additional one (1) year period.
