Kitsap Transit is contracting out the landscaping services for the Wheaton Way Transit Center. Work shall include but not limited to: Initial site cleanup, turf mowing and edging, maintenance of planter bed areas parking strips, fertilization of planters and parking strip, pre-emergent application, leaf removal, and monitoring/maintenance of irrigation system. Contractor shall include a Service Schedule that will dictate the amount of visits required to meet listed specifications.

A pre-bid meeting at the Wheaton Way Transit Center will happen on January 26th, 2024 at 12:00/Noon. Questions and clarifications regarding this opportunity are due Febuary 2nd, 2024. Bids are due no later than Febuary 13th, 2024 at 2:00PM
