161194961. NOTICE OF INVITATION TO BID: Friends in Service to Humanity (FISH) Community Food Bank is soliciting sealed proposals for the Phase 2 Warehouse Addition. Bids are to be sealed and filed on or before 11A, Wednesday, March 22 at FISH Administrative Offices, 804 Elmview Rd. Ellensburg, WA 98926 at which time they will be opened and publicly read aloud. Each bid shall be accompanied by bid proposal security in the form of a certified check, cashier's check, postal money order, or surety bond made payable to the order of FISH, for a sum not less than five percent of the amount of the bid, and no bid shall be considered unless accompanied by such bid proposal security. The bid is inclusive of all applicable state-mandated terms and conditions for such work including prevailing wage. FISH reserves the right to reject any and all bids in their best interest. All work performed on this project will be subject to the higher of the prevailing state or federal wage rates. This project is (funded/partially funded) through the Washington State Community Development Block Grant program with federal funds from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.
