Pacific Civil & Infrastructure, Inc. is seeking proposals from qualified and certified DBE Subcontracting, Supplier and Equipment firms for various scopes of work including survey, trucking, striping, CIP concrete, concrete flatwork, guardrail, paving, traffic control, clearing and grubbing, and sawcutting.

The Project’s Scope of Work as described in the Advertisement for Bids is:

The improvement of Vantage Highway over Cascade Canal Bridge, including the replacement of the existing bridge, guardrail, approaches, shoulders, the realignment of Cascade Canal, the installation and removal of the bypass road, additional site grading and other work, all in accordance with the attached Contract Plans, these Contract Provisions, and the Standard Specifications.
