Mason PUD No. 3 (“Owner or District”) is seeking quotations for the construction of a Ready-to-Connect distribution network in the Three Fingers Development area, located east of Shelton. This project involves work within Mason County, Washington, to be completed in accordance with the bidding documents, including the provided specifications and work order details. The Work for this project will be conducted entirely within existing conduits, with NO excavation required and NO construction involving overhead facilities.

It is the intent of this Project to have constructed a new Ready-to-Connect fiber optic distribution network in the vicinity of Fox Run Ln, Wilson Way, Stadium Beach Rd W & Stadium Beach Rd E, including a section of E Grapeview Loop Rd and a few driveways off E Grapeview Loop Rd. This Project will utilize existing conduit and enclosures, with NO need for excavation or aerial construction
