The purpose of this RFQ is to purchase a preventative laboratory instrument maintenance service agreement for the Department of Ecology, Environmental Assessment Program (EAP), Manchester Environmental Laboratory in accordance with RCW 39.26. 

The laboratory instruments are vital for Manchester Environmental Laboratory (MEL) to conduct analysis for the state of Washington.  These instruments are four (4) Liquid Chromatography/Triple Quadrupole Mass Spectrometry (LC/MS/MS) instruments.  The continued optimal performance of these laboratory instruments is essential for maintaining MEL’s efficiency and productivity.
