The work to be performed at the existing Lacamas Creek Pump Station at 1641 NE 3rd Ave and Baz Pump Station at 1906 NE 3rd Loop. The work consist of replacing the existing Lacamas Creek Pump Station with a new 1,200 gpm submersible pump station, a new 450 gpm satellite pump station, 2,600 liner feet of sewer force main, 900 liner feet of gravity sewer, adjacent improvements to Lacamas Creek Trailhead Park and other related items.
The work shall be substantially complete in 365 calendar days
Wages are Prevailing Wages.
Seeking proposals from qualified and certified DBE Contracting & Supplier firms such as fencing, jack and bore, paving, signage and striping, landscaping, and coating.
