Lakeridge Elementary School – Renton School District
Description: The scope of Work includes but is not limited to the following:
a. Improve the seismic system by upgrading metal framing, adding metal reinforced gypsum wallboard, adjusting and existing steel brace frames.
b. Provide new finishes, millwork interior trim, and paint as indicated.
c. Provide new sinks and plumbing as indicated.
d. Temporarily remove and replace mechanical ductwork and plumbing lines as required for seismic upgrade work.
e. Provide new lighting and modify electrical outlets.
f. Provide perimeter fencing.
g. Overlay and upgrade turf surface at the existing playfield.
h. Alternate bid items are identified in Section 01 0300 Alternates, and described in the drawings and specifications.
PRE-BID WALK THROUGH: Non-Mandatory Pre-Bid Walk on 5/8 @ 4:00 P.M. at the site.
