Project Description:

The project requirement is to construct a 50,544 GSF 2-story addition to the north of building #255 that is intended to function as an integral part of the existing facility. The other requirement is to construct a new Central Utility Plant (CUP) northwest of Logistics building #256 that is intended to support the whole medical facility. The building addition and site improvements shall be designed and constructed with minimal impact to the existing Hospital.
