Project Location: Longview, WA

Scope of work: In general, the scope includes: Construction of a new classroom and vocational lab building of approximately 51,400 gross square feet. Construction is of concrete foundations, cross laminated timber and steel structure with an envelope that consists of masonry, metal panels and aluminum curtainwall systems. Project includes complete Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Communications, Fire Protection, Fire Alarm, Security. Project includes hazardous abatement and demolition of four existing buildings and construction of a new parking facility. Project includes partial abandonment and construction of a new water main under adjacent city street.
