NOTICE

REQUEST FOR STATEMENT OF QUALIFICATIONS (RFQ)
For

Lewis County Communications Infrastructure

Lewis County Department of Emergency Services (DES) is requesting statement of qualifications and performance information from qualified firms to provide engineering support services for a communications infrastructure planning document focused on fire and law enforcement services and updating ADCOMM Communication studies completed in 2004 and 2005.   

Firms desiring consideration shall submit a complete qualification package based on the RFQ to Lewis County Department of Emergency Services, Attn:  Steve Mansfield, 351 NW North Street, Chehalis, WA 98532 by 4:00 PM on January 28, 2019.  The most highly rated firm will be selected for an interview and contract negotiations.
