Project Description:  The Issaquah School District is soliciting bids to construct approximately 2,350 SF of new stadium facility space at Liberty High School. The project is located at 16655 SE 136th St. Renton, WA 98059. The Base Bid will be used to determine apparent low bidder and the Contract Sum, as that term is defined and used in the Contract Documents.

The proposed project scope includes constructing two separate buildings at the south end of the existing Liberty High School Football Stadium; the first building totals approximately 1,250 SF of space and accommodates programmatic needs that include a stadium manager office, an official’s office and restroom, family restroom, storage rooms and space for concessions. The second building totals approximately 1,100 SF and includes a men and women’s restroom. Site work, mechanical, electrical, data and utility connections are included in the contract.
