Project Description:
The scope of work for this project includes modifications to five small, separate lift stations within the Lake Stevens Sewer District service area. These lift stations are Station 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6.
Work at Lift Station 2 (Schedule A) includes demolition of an existing generator building, construction of a new electrical stanchion, procurement and installation of a new diesel generator with subbase fuel tank and sound enclosure, site improvements, electrical modifications, and installation of a new, larger electrical service.
Work at Lift Station 3 (Schedule B) includes demolition of existing generator equipment, procurement and installation of a new diesel generator with custom subbase fuel tank, modifications to the existing CMU building, and electrical modifications.
Work at Lift Station 4 (Schedule C) includes demolition of an existing generator building, construction of a new electrical stanchion, procurement and installation of a new diesel generator with subbase fuel tank and sound enclosure, site improvements, and electrical modifications.
Work at Lift Station 5 (Schedule D) includes demolition of an existing fuel tank and accompanying building, procurement and installation of a new diesel generator with subbase fuel tank, modifications to the existing concrete roof slab, site and concrete work, and electrical modifications.
Work at Lift Station 6 (Schedule E) includes demolition of an existing generator building, construction of a new electrical stanchion, procurement and installation of a new diesel generator with subbase fuel tank and sound enclosure, site improvements, removal of large trees, and electrical modifications.
