Request for Proposal No. RFP052184: Environmental Land Use Consultant for Multiple BEX V Projects: Alki Elementary School Replacement, John Rogers Elementary School Replacement and Montlake Elementary School Addition Projects

The Seattle School District No.1 (District) is requesting proposals for an Environmental Land Use Consultant to prepare documents required for the State Environmental Policy Act (SEPA) for the State of Washington. This would be in relation to Alki Elementary School Replacement, John Rogers Elementary School Replacement and Montlake Elementary School Addition Projects which are capital construction projects passed by Seattle voters under the 2019 BEX V Capital Levy.

The Request for Proposal will be available starting on May 20, 2021 at Builders Exchange of Washington, Inc. RFP documents associated addenda and Bidders List are available at no charge at the Builders Exchange, Inc. on-line Plan Center (www.bxwa.com). To access documents on-line with Builders Exchange, go to “bxwa.com” and click on “Posted Projects,” “Goods and Services,” and “Seattle Public Schools Goods and Services.” It is recommended that bidders “Register as a Bidder” in order to receive automatic email notification of future addenda, to download addenda, and to be placed on the “Bidders List.” Proposers who do not register will not be automatically notified of addenda and will need to periodically check the on-line plan room for addenda issued for this project.
