ESTIMATED VALUE:  $571,800 - $987,705

CONTRACT DURATION:

• Substantial completion within 150 calendar days from NTP.
• Final completion within 30 calendar days from Substantial Completion.

PRICING REQUIREMENTS: 

• Base Bid
• Alternate 1:  all work associated with Unit 45

WAGE REQUIREMENTS:  This project is subject to WA State L&I prevailing wage rates.  Certified payroll will be required.

COVID-19 VACCINATION REQUIREMENTS:   This project is subject to WA State Governor's Proclamation 21-14.1:  Covid-19 Vaccination Requirement.  Per the Proclamation, you will be required to complete a Contractor's Declaration of Compliance with Proclamation 21-14.1:  Covid-19 Vaccination Requirements form.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

This project includes, but is not limited to, the following:  Remove all existing toilet accessories; Demolish all existing plumbing fixtures, casework, and countertops; Selectively demolish existing walls and wall finishes, floor finishes, associated drains, existing electrical and mechanical trims and elements; Install new CMU partitions, framed walls/finishes, and epoxy finish systems; Install new toilet accessories;  Patch and repair existing walls, ceilings, and floor surfaces as required for installation of new work; Install new plumbing fixtures, drains, and accessories; and Install new epoxy floor, wall, and ceiling systems.
