IT IS THE INTENT OF BAYLEY CONSTRUCTION TO BID ON PROJECT #MC-0320011, “LOST AND FOUND RELOCATION” AS A GENERAL CONTRACTOR AND IS CURRENTLY REQUESTING PROPOSALS AND ACCEPTING BIDS FROM QUALIFIED OMWBE AND DBE FIRMS.
Bayley Construction is accepting bids from qualified OMWBE and DBE firms for the Lost and Found Office Relocation project at Sea-Tac International Airport Baggage Claim Level. The work consists of the following: build out of an office space at the Baggage Claim Level which includes three (3) customer service windows and five (5) workstations, storage space, a breakroom, and a manager’s office along the exterior window wall across from Baggage Claim areas 13 and 14. Scope of work includes plumbing, HVAC, electrical and communication work installed to update the space for functionality which will include a duct upgrades on the Satellite Transit System (STS) level below. Upgrade include a compactable storage system which will require additional steel structural support and terrazzo sawcutting of the existing structure in order to install the storage system’s support rails.
