Project Description: 

New construction of 6023 sf market for tribal vendors and associated site work. The scope includes mechanical and electrical systems and ADA compliance. The market has split face CMU walls supporting steel trusses and standing seam metal roof. At the upper wall area, the CMU is covered by fiber cement board to resemble cedar siding. Mechanical equipment is concealed on a flat portion of the roof behind parapet walls. The building has storefront windows and 8 overhead sectional doors. The facility includes two restrooms.
