The City of Sammamish Department of Community Development is soliciting interest from firms to provide mailing support services.

This work will likely include:

1. Printing the notices as provided by electronic means.
2. Folding the notices and placing tab closure in the amount required by USPS.
3. Addressing the notice with addresses provided by electronic means.
4. Mailing the notice on the specified date. Any change of date in services must be approved in writing by the City.
5. Completing an Affidavit of Mailing, notarizing, and returning the affidavit to the City.
6. Printing envelopes and postcards as needed.
