Project Description: The Scope of Work for this Project consists of, but is not limited to:

1. Existing Building Remodel:
a. Exterior, Approximately East of Column Line 4:
1) Demolition of existing and installation of new metal panels and insulation at exterior walls.
2) Replacement of existing and added new windows, doors, and overhead sectional doors.
3) Addition of new entrance vestibules and canopies.
4) Installation of footings and columns for future canopies.
b. Roof: Entire existing roof to remain, with repairs as noted.
c. Interior, East of Demising Wall:
1) Construction of demising wall between future administration and shop areas.
2) Construction of sprinkler room.
3) Installation of Mezzanine footings.
4) Installation of brace frame in northeast corner.

2. Mechanical, East of Demising Wall:
a. Demolition of existing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning, except exhaust fans and associated ductwork serving the remaining restrooms.
b. Electric unit heater to provide heating at sprinkler room.

3. Plumbing, East of Demising Wall:
a. Demolition of selected existing above-slab plumbing.
b. Capping of piping below slab.
c. Installation of select under-slab piping.
d. Revision of domestic cold-water piping source connection in the building.
e. Addition of electric heat tracing on domestic cold water from the sprinkler room to the water heater and demising wall.
f. Insulation of exposed domestic water piping.

4. Electrical, East of Demising Wall:
a. Demolition of existing electrical.
b. Relocation of electrical panels.
c. Rough-in for new interior and exterior electrical outlets.
d. Addition of lighting at new canopies.
e. Addition of emergency exit and egress lighting.

5. Low Voltage, East of Demising Wall: Rough-in for communications, CCTV, and security system for interior and exterior.

6. Site: Hot mix asphalt pavement patching at new north and east entrances.

7. Landscape: Small seeded grass area at southeast entrance.

8. Other: As indicated in drawings and specifications.

Estimated Value: $2,980,000 to $3,100,000
