Manson Bay Marina Breakwater Replacement Planning Project

Submittals are due 5:00pm PST, Friday, November 5, 2021 

 

Manson Park and Recreation District is seeking a consultant to complete a planning and design effort for the near-term replacement of its existing breakwater at Manson Bay Marina. Anticipated scope of work includes, but is not necessarily limited to a facility assessment; development of 95%-level plans, specifications and estimates (PS&E); and permitting for the renovation of the deteriorating breakwater. Additional work may include a high-level feasibility analysis for expansion to accommodate potential increase in marina slip capacity. Deliverables of critical elements must be compatible with Washington State RCO Boating Facilities Planning Grant Requirements.
