The Owner, the Chelan County & the City of Wenatchee Housing Authority (CCWHA) will be selecting a
General Prime Contractor (GC) for the project.
Bids shall be received by:
October 24, 2023 until 3:00 P.M., Pacific Standard Time.
The Owner is presenting an Invitation for Bids (IFB) from qualified General Contractors to perform,
subcontract, and coordinate all Work required for the rehabilitation of twenty-one (21) dwelling units in
five (5) multifamily housing apartment buildings in Manson, WA in substantial conformance to the
attached documents known as “MANSUN VILLA APARTMENTS - REHABILITATION.” Bids will be evaluated
for proposed lump sum bid amount.

Any questions regarding the Bid should be submitted to SMR Architects and the Office of Rural and
Farmworker Housing (ORFH). Responses to each Contractor and Sub-Contractor will be issued in writing as
a Bid Addendum. The Bid Addendum forms a part of the Contract Documents and modifies the original
Bidding Documents.

An electronic copy of the Project Drawings and Project Manual are available upon request to contractors,
use “MANSUN VILLA APARTMENTS - REHABILITATION” as the subject line, by sending an email to
collint@orfh.org.
Bidders and contractor lists shall be maintained at the Office of Rural and Farmworker Housing (ORFH)
offices. Please send an email to Collin Thompson, collint@orfh.org to confirm you will be bidding.
