Marina Fuel Dock Replacement, Pot of Camas-Washougal

The PORT OF CAMAS-WASHOUGAL is currently accepting sealed bids for construction of the following:

 

MARINA FUEL DOCK REPLACEMENT

 

The work required for this project will include but not necessarily be limited to, the following: the construction of a fuel dock with high density polyethylene float system with a steel frame structure. The General Contractor is to furnish all labor, materials, and equipment to construct the project. NOTE: “Partial funding is through the Washington State Parks and Recreation Commission Clean Vessel Act Program, and in cooperation with U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (Clean Vessel Act and/or Boating Infrastructure Grant Programs).” “This project will be partially funded with Federal funds and therefore is subject to the Federal laws and regulations associated with that program.”

 

Estimated total order of magnitude construction cost is $__352,920.00___________

 

Bids will be received at the Port Administration Office, 24 S A St, Washougal, WA 98671, until 3:00pm on August 24, 2021, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud.

 

A non-mandatory pre-bid conference and site visit have been set for 2:00pm, August 10, 2021. Potential bidders are strongly encouraged to attend. The site visit will convene at the Port’s Administration office.

 

Each bid must be accompanied by a Certified Check or Bid Bond in an amount equal to five (5) percent of the Bid. Surety company(s) must be listed on the Circular 570 (Department of the Treasury’s Listing of Approved Sureties).

 

Disadvantaged, Minority, and Women’s Business Enterprises are encouraged to respond. The Port of Camas-Washougal does not discriminate on the grounds of race, color, religion, national origin, sex, age, or handicap in consideration for a project award.

 

The Port of Camas-Washougal (“Port”) reserves the right to reject any and all bids, waive technicalities or irregularities and to accept any bid if such action is believed to be for the best interest of the Port. Contract will be awarded based on lowest responsive, responsible bidder.
