Mariner High School - BP 32.1 & BP 32.2

Bid Package #32.1 (Landscape and Irrigation) - landscaping, irrigation, hydroseeding, plantings, topsoil, soil preparation, porous flexible paving (geoblock system at fIre lane) and extended landscape maintenance period for the project.

Bid Package #32.2 (Artificial Field Turf) - Provide all synthetic turf, field underdrain system, exterior athletic equipment, aggregate base rock, aggregate top rock, and restore grass outfield/infield perimeter with new sod.

Location: 200 120th Street SW, Everett, WA 98204

Budget: BP 32.1 - $368K; BP 32.2 - $874K

Spee West Construction Co. is acting as GC/CM for the Mukilteo School District for this project. They are signatory to Carpenter's Union - mandatory per-project union agreement applies.

The School District and GC/CM Contractor aspire to reach inclusion goals for the Mariner High School Project as follows:

20% Local Businesses and Crafts (Snohomish County)

10% Minority-Owned Business Enterprises (MBE)

6% Women-Owned Business Enterprises (WEE)

5% Small-Business Enterprises (SBE)

5% Veteran-Owned Business Enterprises (VEE)
