Amount: Award will be made to the Proposer offering the best value to the Port in
accordance with the terms and conditions of the solicitation.
Goal: Aspirational WMBE Goal 15%
Contractor shall provide multi-functional security services for the protection of Port of Seattle (Port) assets, tenants and the public, and shall comply with federal, state and local laws and regulations. Current service sites include the following: PIER 66, PIER 69, SHILSHOLE BAY MARINA, FISHERMEN’S TERMINAL, TERMINAL 91, and TERMINAL 46. Other non-aviation properties and facilities throughout the Port of Seattle may be added at the Port’s discretion at the then current hourly billing rates.
