REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

In support of the 2024 update of the Comprehensive Plan, the City of Bremerton’s Department of Community Development is requesting proposals from qualified consultants to assess market conditions for the Bremerton Downtown Regional Center, a Puget Sound Regional Council (PSRC) designated “Metropolitan Growth Center”. After the market assessment, the selected consultant will make recommendations on regulatory alterations deemed necessary to promote City growth projections identified by the Kitsap Regional Coordinating Council, and the principles contained within PSRC Vision 2050.
