Public Hospital District #4 of Grant County Washington, d/b/a McKay Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center, is requesting submission of qualifications for professional architectural and engineering services to develop and provide: 1) pre-design services modifying, modernizing and upgrading McKay Healthcare’s skilled nursing facility; 2) planning and developing a site plan with zoning approval for the real property that it owns; and 3) identifying qualified firms for future design and development work as described. Firms must meet a minimum set of qualifications in order to be considered for evaluation pursuant to RCW 39.80. Instructions for preparing proposals are provided in the RFQ document. Additionally, the deadline for submission of responses has been extended to 5:00 p.m. on July 12, 2023.
