Project Description: Selective demolition of existing building and site components as shown on Drawings including hazardous material abatement.

Site improvements consisting of site surfacing, underground utility work and connections to existing, temporary erosion and sediment control, storm water management system and landscaping.

Phasing to facilitate construction on occupied site to accommodate class schedule and without disrupting school activities.

Temporary construction to accommodate phasing, code required exiting during construction, security and safety by redirecting student and staff access and circulation during construction, and for weather protection.

Modernization to the existing buildings consisting of 1 story wood and steel framed structures on concrete spread footings, with concrete slab on grade, fiber cement exterior siding, fiberglass windows, aluminum curtain wall, upgrades to plumbing, new heating and HVAC systems, new fire sprinkler system, new electrical systems including power, lighting, and fire alarm system, and telecommunications system.
