The City of Richland, Washington will receive sealed bids for ITB 20-0073, McMurray Park Basketball Court Improvements.

This project is funded in whole or in part with CDBG funds. Prevailing Wages, including Davis Bacon wages, certified payrolls and all other applicable federal regulations shall be in force and effect.

The project includes all materials, not specifically listed as Owner-furnished, labor tools and equipment necessary to perform the work required. The project consists of constructing a new outdoor concrete basketball court consistent with basketball specification standards, court lines and landscaping repairs, as per plans and specifications.

Each bid must be submitted on the prescribed forms and accompanied by a certified check or bid bond, in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the bid amount. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a payment and performance bond, in the full amount of the contract price.
