SWR Bid # J2021-06

The Metropolitan Park District of Tacoma will receive bids for Meadow Park Golf Course Bridge Repair & Improvements (Hole #13) Project J2021-06 on April 8^th, 2021 at 11:00am at the front entrance of the Boy Scouts of America Building located at 4802 S. 19^th St., Tacoma, WA 98405. Bids received after the appointed time set for receipt will be considered non-responsive. All work completed for the Metropolitan Park District will be considered a public works project with prevailing wage documentation required.

Scope of Work:  Site work to remove and replace railing, flashing and soldier pile walls at Hole 13. Stabilize foundation, repair bridge and improve all site drainage and surfacing. 

Estimate:                          $180,000 - $225,000

Pre-bid Meeting:              Thursday, April 1st, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. at Meadow Park Golf Course Main Entrance 7108 Lakewood Dr. W., Tacoma, WA 98467  *** MASKS REQUIRED ***

Bids Due:                         Thursday, April 8^th, 2021 at 11:00 a.m.

Time of Completion:       120 Calendar days

Liquidated Damages:     $500 per day
