Construction of park improvements, including but not limited to pavement and cement conc. removal and replacement, sport court striping, tree protection, cast-in-place concrete wall construction, park site element installation, landscape and irrigation restoration and other work necessary to complete the project.  Engineer’s Estimate for this work is $370,000 to $390,000.
