MEDICAL LAKE CAMPUS ON-CALL CONSULTANT SERVICES ARE REQUIRED for Project Numbers:

2023-421, On-Call Campus Hazardous Materials & Environmental Site Assessment

For DSHS Medical Lake Campus (Eastern State Hospital, Lakeland Village and Pine Lodge) located in Medical Lake, Washington. 

Informational Meeting: There is a shared informational meeting (via Teams) schedule for Thursday May 25, 2023 at 10:00 AM PST. Please see the RFQs for additional information.

Refer to the DES website for amendments to the published public notice and/or RFQ. It is the responsibility of the interested firms to track and obtain amendments.

To qualify for review, submittals are required to be uploaded to, and date/time stamped by FPS (BOX) by: 2023-421 – prior to 2:00 PM PST on June 22, 2023
