Project Description: Construction of new Seattle Public Schools Memorial Stadium, at the Seattle Center Campus. Currently requesting proposals for the following scopes of work: Concrete Supply, Rebar, Shotcrete, Formwork, Masonry, Structural Steel, Decorative Metals, Casework, Waterproofing, Sheet Metal, Roofing, Fireproofing, Doors, Glass & Glazing, Framing/GWB, Ceilings, Flooring, Paint, Div 10 & 11, Elevators, Landscaping, Site Concrete, Asphalt and Cleaning. 

Sellen Construction will publish bid documents on April 2, 2025. Final bids will be due April 24 at 11 am.
