Project Description: The project consists of raising the existing road surface above the FEMA flood elevation with a concrete roadway; removing eight deficient culverts at five locations; constructing two voided slab concrete girder bridges, and one steel girder bridge; expanding the Mill Creek channel; constructing habitat improvements; installing new storm and water systems, planter strips, sidewalks, and LED streetlights.
Subcontractor/Supplier Opportunities Include (but are not limited to): clearing & grubbing, erosion control, HMA paving, rubblization, striping, material hauling, permanent signage, traffic barriers, bridge railing, guardrail, fencing, electrical, landscaping, structural concrete, concrete flatwork, cellular concrete, rebar supply & installation, drilled shafts (rigid inclusions), and structural earth walls. As well as the supply of ready-mix concrete, pipe/utilities/precast structures, aggregate, disposal, voided slab girders, and LWD supply & install.
JCC encourages bids from all subcontractors and suppliers including Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBE’s), for any item of work, or portion of an item, or combination thereof related to this project.
