Project scope items include, but aren’t limited to, wood shake roof repairs and replacement, log wall restoration, stone masonry restoration, window and door restoration, and general cleaning of all exterior building components. All work must adhere to the Secretary of the Interior’s Standards for the Treatment of Historic Properties. The governing standard for this project is “Preservation”. |
