Bid Guarantee: Bid Bond required in the amount of 5% of the base bid.

Bonding: 100% Performance Bond & Payment Bond REQUIRED upon entering into a            subcontract agreement with the ECCM.

Bid Documents: Plans, specifications, addenda, bidders list and plan holders list for this project are available through BXWA. Free of charge access is provided to Bidders by going to:  http://bxwa.com and clicking on “Posted Projects,” “General Contractor Project Areas”, “Washington”, “Milne Electric, Inc.” and “New Projects Bidding” then “John Rogers Elementary School”. Bidders are required to “Register” in order to receive automatic email notification of future addenda.

All bids must be submitted in person on the proper proposal form included in the bid documents. Faxed or emailed bids will not be accepted. The ECCM, in conjunction with The GCCM and The Owner, reserve the right to accept or reject any or all proposals and to waive informalities.
