E- Rate Qualifications:

"The District participates in the E-Rate program. Bidder must be a qualified participant in the E-Rate Program and must provide their 498 ID number within 30 days of bid opening." (If work is not fully funded and contingent upon all or parti E-Rate Funds replace above paragraph as follows

"The District participates in the E-Rate program.
