The Seattle Housing Authority (SHA) for itself or as an agent for another SHA related entity (hereinafter “SHA”), is soliciting Submittals/Proposals from qualified individuals and businesses interested in performing the following:
Project Description:
Manage our mobile devices (smartphones and tablets), from devise acquisition through and including support, moves/adds/changes/disconnects, vendor management, G/L coding, cost allocation, plan optimization and utilization. Vendor will identify and quantify potential savings through service provider invoice audit and service plan device optimization.
Scope of Work:
The Scope of Work is as follows:
SHA currently owns 242 mobile devices for employees. 18 are iPad tablets, 214 are iPhones and 10 are other.
As our number of smartphones has increased, so too has the effort we expend to support them. We are looking for a Mobile Lifecycle Management solution that will enable SHA to free up time currently spent on tasks related to MLM. The vendor will manage our mobile devices (smartphones and tablets), from device acquisition through and including support, moves/adds/changes/disconnects, vendor management plan optimization and utilization. We also require a solution that will provide the billing information in a format compatible with our financial system (JD Edwards EnterpriseOne) with applicable G/L coding included.
Ideal solution will provide authorized employees to order appropriate equipment via an online portal. Equipment should arrive at SHA configured and ready to be functional in the SHA environment (MDM, email, calendar, etc.).
On demand ad-hoc reporting to allow appropriate SHA staff to view inventory, costs, plans, utilization for charge points (data usage, voice minutes, texts, etc).
Schedule: It is anticipated that the work will be performed between 6/1/2018 and 5/31/2019.
Anticipated Contract Duration: SHA expects to execute a Contract for the requested services for the scheduled dates shown above. If necessary, and at SHA’s option, time extensions and appropriate scope and compensation adjustments may be made by Change Orders to the Contract.
Estimated Amount: The estimated range of cost for the Contract to be executed based on this solicitation is between $6,000 and $8,000 annually.
