MOCLIPS HIGHWAY CULVERT REPLACEMENTS

Electronic bids for the Moclips Highway Culvert Replacements project will be received by KPFF Consulting Engineers at laceybidbox@kpff.com until 3:00 p.m. on the date listed below. The subject line shall clearly state “BID PROPOSAL for Moclips Highway Culvert Replacements.”

 

The project is located on Moclips Highway on Quinault Indian Reservation, WA. The contract requires the contractor to replace two fish barrier culverts with a deck bulb tee girder bridge and a contractor designed aluminum structural plate single radius arch culvert and associated roadwork. Work also includes, but is not limited to: temporary stream diversion, contractor designed welded wire walls, construction dewatering, clearing & grubbing, excavation, streambed construction, paving, guardrail, and pavement markings.   

 

The estimated cost of the project is $3,930,000 - $4,550,000.

Contract Award will take into consideration the lowest total proposed price to provide the services specified along with qualifications, experience of the contractor, and the Owner’s budget capacity.

 

A non-mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on site on March 13, 2025 at 11:00 a.m.

 

The deadline for RFI’s is March 20, 2025 at 5:00 p.m.

 

Proposals are due by April 1, 2025 at 3:00 p.m.
