PROJECT DESCRIPTION: A. The scope of work for this project will include but not be limited to: repair and restoration of building components at five historic structures which may consists of roof repairs, log structure restoration, stone masonry restoration (stoves and fireplaces), historic window repair and reglazing, and general cleaning of exterior building components.
PROJECT LOCATION: Moran State Park is located at 3572 Olga Rd, Olga, WA, in San Juan County
ESTIMATED BID RANGE: $220,000 - $245,000
