Aging and Disability Services, a division of the Seattle Human Services Department, intends to invest in Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) services to provide culturally inclusive technical assistance and support to HSD funded multicultural congregate nutrition sites. HSD seeks to contract with one agency with culturally inclusive experience in the following areas: • Menu development and reviews • Safe food handling training • Nutrition education development and delivery • Site monitoring with BIPOC communities and those that prefer to communicate in a language other than English.
