Sealed Proposals will be received by the undersigned at the City of Kalama, 320 North First Street, Kalama, Washington  98625, up to 10:00 a.m.; local time on Wednesday, February 12, 2025, for furnishing the necessary labor, materials, equipment, tools, and guarantees thereof to construct the NE Downtown Sewer Rehabilitation.

This Contract is divided into six schedules of work.  The work includes the following:

• Replacement of approximately 5,525 lf of gravity sewer main with 8-inch PVC pipe;

• Replacement of approximately 195 lf of gravity sewer main with 12-inch PVC pipe;

• Replacement of approximately 775 lf of water main with 8-inch PVC pipe;

• Replacement of side sewers and water services;

• Surface restoration.

The Work shall be substantially complete within 180 working days after the commencement date stated in the Notice to Proceed.  All bidding and construction is to be performed in compliance with the Contract Provisions and Contract Plans for this project and any addenda issued thereto that are on file at the office of the City Clerk, City Hall, Kalama, Washington.
