PROJECT NAME: Skagit County Seasonal Farmworker Housing New Housing Development

PROJECT LOCATION: Burlington, Washington

BID DEADLINE: 1/25/2019 prior to 2:00 pm PST

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:  Site Development and construction of five new buildings on the site. Three building will be 4-unit townhouses, one building will be a duplex and one building will be the community building. The project also has significant civil work associated with it. In addition, the site will require a period of preloaded soils to mitigate potential settlement.

CONSTRUCTION SCHEDULE:  Substantial Completion within 365 days of Notice to Proceed
