The Project includes a single story building of approximately 14,000 sq. ft that will house all City staff. The project also includes the development of the approximately 2.77 acres which involves site clearing and demolition, concrete and asphalt paving, construction of site and frontage improvements, construction of on-site utilities, and off-site improvements
