Project Description: The Owner wishes to contract services to construct the New Office & Shop Building. The Project consists of the construction of a new office and shop building of approximately 8,200 square feet feet, as described in the construction documents prepared by Lawhead Architects P.S., together with their consultants, and located in North Bend, Washington and permitted by King County.

Building construction consists of a concrete slab on grade and wood frame construction with manufactured fiber cement siding and metal roofing. The building includes new mechanical HVAC, plumbing, fire suppression, and electrical systems.

The Project also includes site work development of approximately 4.55 acres, including, but not limited to, site clearing, grading and fill, gravel surfacing, new concrete and asphalt paving, new utilities, new storm drainage systems, new septic system and drain field, new landscaping, and construction of other site improvements.

Project site work, including landscaping, shall be as designed separately by Gray & Osborne, Inc. as described in the construction documents.
