Request for Proposals: NORCOM Facility Study

NORCOM will accept responses until 3:00pm PST, April 21, 2023, on the following:

NORCOM is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide a Facility Study, conducting an assessment of its existing facilities, future facility development and long-term cost of operations of a variety of scenarios.
