Project Description:

The work will include, but not be limited to, selective demolition, removal and disposal of regulated building materials, drywall /plaster, rough carpentry, finish carpentry, installation of plywood shear wall sections, other seismic upgrades, installation of new HVAC units to serve classroom spaces, including replacement of water distribution piping and boiler, as well as other HVAC upgrades in other spaces and associated electrical relocation or replacement. The project will be completed in two phases during the summers of 2021 and 2022.
