North Main Terminal Redevelopment Program - Consultant Support Services
Attention Business Owners
Upcoming Port of Seattle Business Opportunity - Pre-Bid 6/21/21
North Main Terminal Redevelopment Program - Consultant Support Services (P-00320704)
Solicitation Description: The North Main Terminal Redevelopment Program is to provide Consultant support services at
Seattle-Tacoma International Airport (SEA) for the North Main Terminal Ticketing Level (Zone 6 & 7).
Alaska Airlines (Alaska) desires to extensively redevelop existing space at the north end of the Main Terminal Ticketing
Level (Zones 6 & 7) at SEA to improve passenger processing and security screening throughput and to elevate the overall
passenger experience in these areas. When complete, this program would progress SEA closer to the desired Optimum
Level of Service in key functional service areas and contribute to the Port of Seattle (Port) strategic objective of
“Continuously improving the operational efficiency and customer experience at SEA”. This scope of work will be
performed by Alaska via a multi-phase Tenant Reimbursement Agreement (TRA) using Progressive Design Build project
delivery method.
The selected firm’s overarching role is to ensure the PORT’s interests are represented in the project design,
construction and contractual relationship between Alaska Airlines and the PORT, including acting as the “owner’s
representative” on financial and business issues represented in the TRA.
