Project Description: This Work of this contract will provide additional tenant improvements to the North Maintenance of Way (NMOW) facility at 920 N. 137th St. in Seattle, WA. A portion of the interior will be demolished and reconfigured for new showers, restrooms, locker rooms, mud room, and a uniform room. The warehouse will be outfitted with specialty workspaces for various facilities trades and storage space. Additional interior improvements include minor updates to the electrical and HVAC systems, installation of a new network infrastructure, along with replacement of light fixtures throughout the facility. Exterior improvements include new enclosures for trash, hazardous and other material storage, move existing water line, and install new security cameras and building access control. The Work of this Contract shall be completed within 135 days from the effective date of Notice-to-Proceed (NTP).
